Duties:
- Identify shared, duplicate, and net-new suppliers
- Recommend and execute appropriate transition strategies
- Develop and maintain a prioritized supplier transition roadmap, revisiting plans as new information becomes available
- Drive supplier transitions in partnership with acquired companies, Purchasing Operations, and Strategic Sourcing teams
- Manage the transition of contingent workers into approved programs and processes
- Own and manage large data sets supporting procurement integration activities, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and timely updates
- Track and report on integration progress, milestones, and synergy targets, delivering clear status updates to stakeholders
- Identify and resolve issues that could cause service or business disruption, escalating when necessary to keep integrations on track
- Maintain strong working relationships with Procurement mergers and acquisitions and functional integration partners through effective communication and collaboration
- Support training, documentation, and change-management efforts for acquired employees on interim and end-state procurement processes
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, operations, business consulting, client services, or program/project management
- Proven experience supporting Mergers and acquisitions integration initiatives
- Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, including data analysis and reporting
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and drive resolution quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly self-motivated, with the ability to manage day-to-day work independently and follow up effectively with stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of procure-to-pay (P2P) processes
- Understanding of supplier contracts and sourcing practices
- Project management experience; PMP, PMI, or Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
- Experience tracking and reporting synergy targets during integrations
