Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team! This position is remote.
Duties:
- Act as the primary point of communication between stakeholders, project contributors, and leadership
- Attend and lead key stakeholder meetings to report project status, risks, and timelines
- Escalate and communicate delays or blockers with tact and transparency
- Collaborate with supervisor and cross-functional leaders including third-party vendors
- Leverage existing documentation and project plans developed by internal team members to keep focus on execution and communication
- Drive urgency and follow-through with a bias toward action and ownership
- Ensure executive-level visibility and reporting
Desired Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in project management with a proven track record of driving results
- Executive presence and confidence presenting to leadership and third-party vendors
- Strong familiarity with Atlassian tools
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for holding people accountable respectfully
- Familiarity with Oracle systems and Aloha POS
- Experience in Quick Service Restaurant industry or similar high-velocity environments
- Exposure to outsourced delivery models, especially with vendors like Accenture
- Certifications like PMP, CSM, or similar are a plus — but not required if experience speaks for itself
