Lead App Dev Generalist

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Lead App Dev Generalists to join their team! This position is remote.
 
Duties:

• Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios
• Understand and translate the priorities of the business while integrating HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business
• Deliver solutions in Workday across HCM, recruiting, compensation through efficient and organized processes while maintaining high standards
• Communicate across team, Product Owner, stakeholders and influence solutions across business partners
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, collaborate with HR partners to provide innovative ideas and insights to redesign business processes that will optimize business results
• Research, test and stay up-to-date on Workday updates, fixes and capabilities
• Build and maintain thorough documentation for system implementation
• Act as primary contact for questions related to how the system works from a business and a technical perspective
• Provide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems, testing, and working with the business to resolve issues

Desired Skills/Experience:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• 4+ years of experience with Workday functional configuration
• 3+ years of experience with Workday functional configuration with the HCM/Recruiting/compensation modules
• 2+ years of experience configuring business processes within the Workday platform
• 1+ years of experience with calculated fields, EIBs, custom reports
• Workday or Workday Pro certifications such as: HCM, Recruiting, or Compensation

The approximate pay range for this position is between $42.00 and $62.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
