Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Fraud Operations Specialist II to support investigative and compliance-related activities involving policy violations, customer privacy concerns, and other sensitive business matters.

This individual will conduct investigations, analyze information from multiple sources, document findings, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, Privacy, and business stakeholders to support investigative outcomes and regulatory requirements.

Core Responsibilities
  • Conduct investigations involving policy violations, compliance matters, and customer privacy concerns under established procedures and guidance from senior investigators
  • Gather, review, and analyze information from internal systems, records, and business partners to support investigative findings
  • Document investigative activities, findings, and recommendations within case management systems
  • Prepare investigative summaries, reports, and supporting documentation for Corporate Investigations, Legal Affairs, Privacy, Compliance, Human Resources, and business stakeholders
  • Manage assigned caseloads and ensure investigations progress in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with investigators, attorneys, Privacy, Compliance, Human Resources, and business partners to obtain information and resolve investigative matters
  • Support customer privacy investigations and regulatory response activities as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with company policies and investigative standards
  • Participate in case reviews, team discussions, and other investigative activities as assigned
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
  • 1+ years of experience in Corporate Investigations, Compliance, Human Resources Investigations, Fraud Investigations, Risk Management, Customer Privacy, Legal Support, Law Enforcement, or a related investigative field
  • Experience conducting research, fact-finding, investigative analysis, and case documentation
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Experience working with ticketing and case management systems
  • Ability to analyze information from multiple sources and clearly document findings
  • Basic data analysis and reporting skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
  • Experience supporting compliance, privacy, employment, or policy-related investigations
  • Experience working with sensitive customer, employee, or business information
  • Familiarity with investigative documentation practices and case management systems
  • Experience with reporting, documentation, and case tracking processes
  • Some college preferred
  • Background in legal, compliance, fraud prevention, privacy, risk management, or investigative functions

Work Environment
  • Location: Hybrid – Overland Park, KS or Allentown, PA
  • Schedule: 4 Days/Week Onsite to Start (may transition to 3 days/week onsite based on business needs)
  • Duration: 26 Weeks
Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $15.00 and $20.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
