Job Summary
Our Energy & utilities client is seeking a Lead Technical Architect with deep Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) expertise to support enterprise analytics, AI/ML, and digital transformation initiatives. This role will lead the design, implementation, governance, automation, and operationalization of enterprise-scale OCI environments supporting advanced analytics and AI-driven platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong enterprise cloud architecture experience, DevSecOps and automation expertise, AI/ML infrastructure experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives within enterprise environments.

Our Energy & utilities client is seeking a Lead Technical Architect with deep Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) expertise to support enterprise analytics, AI/ML, and digital transformation initiatives. This role will lead the design, implementation, governance, automation, and operationalization of enterprise-scale OCI environments supporting advanced analytics and AI-driven platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong enterprise cloud architecture experience, DevSecOps and automation expertise, AI/ML infrastructure experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional technical initiatives within enterprise environments.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, setup, configuration, and deployment of enterprise OCI environments
- Design secure, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure supporting analytics and AI/ML initiatives
- Define OCI landing zones, IAM strategy, governance frameworks, monitoring, logging, and security standards
- Support Oracle AI and analytics platforms including OAC, ADW, OIC, AIDP, and Oracle Generative AI services
- Develop DevSecOps automation processes including Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, analytics, and development teams
- Design AI/ML infrastructure supporting machine learning, generative AI, and enterprise analytics initiatives
- Support networking architecture including VCNs, subnets, VPNs, FastConnect, load balancers, and hybrid cloud integrations
- Develop technical roadmaps, architecture documentation, operational procedures, and implementation standards
- Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, risk assessments, and cloud optimization recommendations
- 10+ years of IT experience
- 5+ years in cloud architecture/infrastructure
- 3+ years of direct Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) enterprise experience
- Strong experience with OCI networking, IAM, security architecture, governance, and cloud-native solutions
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, OCI Resource Manager, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps automation
- Experience supporting AI/ML platforms, analytics ecosystems, and generative AI initiatives
- Strong understanding of APIs, distributed systems, microservices, and hybrid cloud integrations
- Python scripting and automation experience preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Oracle AI Data Platform (AIDP), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) preferred
- Strong enterprise architecture and consulting background preferred

- Hybrid schedule, 3 days onsite
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $95.00 and $113.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
