Our telecommunications client is seeking a Junior AI Consultant to join their Supply Chain and Procurement Transformation team on a 6-month contract. This person will help the team move from early AI adoption to real, functional solutions built in Claude Enterprise. The role sits at the intersection of business and technology; the ideal candidate is technical enough to build AI workflows and understand connectors, but also business-minded enough to work with stakeholders and ask the right questions before building anything. New grads or under 3 years of experience is preferred.

The role sits at the intersection of business and technology; the ideal candidate is technical enough to build AI workflows and understand connectors, but also business-minded enough to work with stakeholders and ask the right questions before building anything. New grads or under 3 years of experience is preferred.
Core Responsibilities
- Build functional AI workflows and solutions in Claude Enterprise within a 3-month window
- Connect data sources using Claude Desktop, Cowork, and AI connectors to surface insights for the team
- Support dashboard builds and AI-powered executive reporting
- Coach team members on how to use Claude and other Gen AI tools more effectively
- Contribute to AI governance planning and help develop the AI roadmap for procurement and supply chain
- Partner with stakeholders to identify new use cases and opportunities as they come up
- MIS, Computer Science degree, or equivalent coursework
- Hands-on experience with Gen AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot
- Familiarity with AI connectors and integrations -- understanding how to connect AI tools to external data sources
- Ability to direct AI tools to generate code and build solutions without needing to write code from scratch
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Problem-solving mindset -- asks the right questions before jumping into a build
- Ability to work independently and deliver within a defined timeline
- Direct experience with Claude Enterprise, Claude Desktop, or Cowork
- Exposure to procurement, supply chain, or ERP environments
- Experience building dashboards or AI-powered reporting tools
- Familiarity with AI governance concepts or roadmap development
- Experience teaching or enabling others to use new tools or workflows
- Background in data analysis or working with structured datasets
- Prior internship or work experience in a business analyst or product analyst capacity
- Curiosity and a learn-by-doing mindset -- comfortable figuring things out in a fast-moving environment
- Business acumen -- understands the "why" behind what they are building, not just the "how"
- Clear and confident communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-starter who does not need a lot of hand-holding to produce output
- Collaborative and comfortable working across teams and functions
- Adaptable and excited about working in an evolving AI landscape
- Location: Frisco, TX or Overland Park, KS
- 5 days onsite required
- June 1 start date
- Contract engagement with potential to re-engage on future initiatives
- Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $41.00 and $58.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
