Senior Manager

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Senior Manager to join their team! This position is located Remote in Sacramento, California. 
 
Duties:

• Lead and support product development with Ad Platforms for programmatic solutions across client's Ad Sales
• Translate business needs and sales expertise into innovative requirements that drive revenue and optimize workflows
• Document product scoping and requirements in partnership with Ad Sales teams
• Manage business intake, prioritization, and tracking of programmatic initiatives with Ad Platforms
• Serve as a subject matter expert on client Ad Sales, internal tools, processes, and workflows
• Maintain strong relationships with all internal ad sales teams, stakeholders, and external vendors
• Support product marketing by developing positioning and materials for marketplace and sales enablement
• Advocate for best practices and solutions to improve sales workflows, reduce friction, and enhance communications
• Stay current on features and functionality in the programmatic roadmap
• Provide executive updates on enablement initiatives, tracking progress weekly, monthly, and quarterly
• Communicate clearly and effectively to leadership and cross-functional teams, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising, Product Management, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years in product management, vendor management, or planning roles
• 7+ years combined business and digital experience
• Strong understanding of digital business models, advertising, and media markets
• Hands-on experience with self-service toolsets, automation technologies, and SaaS platforms
• Proven experience integrating internal work with external vendors or partners
• Track record of managing business needs versus technology requirements, taking concepts from definition to development and launch
• Fluent in business and technical communication, able to bridge the gap between stakeholders and engineers
• Experience creating product roadmaps, requests, and documentation
• Ability to anticipate, identify, and communicate the impact of emerging industry trends
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with project management tools such as SmartSheets, Confluence, Airtable

The approximate pay range for this position is between $51.00 and $73.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
